THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V.BHATT WRIT PETITION No.12536 of 2012 ORDER:

The memo dated 04.04.2012 refers to filing list of members of executive committee for the year 2012-2013. The writ petition was filed on 25.04.2012.

2. This Court is of the view that memo refers to 2012-2013. Subsequent to 2013 the society/its members would have elected the executive committee of the society. If the society intends to comply with the requirement of Section 9 of the Societies Registration Act for the subsequent years, it is open to them to file details for acknowledgement by the authority. All the contentions in this behalf are kept open. The writ petition is dismissed. As a sequel, the miscellaneous applications, if any pending, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
