Basing on the letter dated 20.02.2023 addressed by the learned counsel for the petitioner to the Registry, the matter is posted today under the caption "for withdrawal". 2.

The said letter discloses that on 17.02.2023 party/petitioner instructed the counsel to withdraw the present criminal revision case as they filed quash petition vide criminal petition No.11646 of 2022 against C.C No.1551 of 2019 on the file of XIV Additional Judge-cum-XVIII Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Secunderabad and intends to withdraw the appeal. Therefore, seeks permission to withdraw the criminal revision case.

In view of the above, this criminal revision case is dismissed as withdrawn.

Pending miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed.
