Sri Y.Jagadeeswara Rao, learned counsel for Sri M.P.Kashyap, learned counsel for the petitioners, would seek permission to withdraw the present petitions on the ground that the petitioners have been granted regular bail by the court concerned.

Accordingly, both the Criminal Petitions are dismissed as withdrawn. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel, miscellaneous applications, if any pending in the instant petitions, stand closed.
