It is stated by Mr. Abdul Kabeer, learned counsel for the petitioner that pursuant to the interim order passed by this Court, the application of the petitioner was received and she was permitted to participate in the counselling. Therefore, nothing survives for adjudication in the writ petition. Hence, the writ petition is closed. If the petitioner has already got admission to MBBS Course, the same may be confirmed. If she has not got a seat in the MBBS, she may be permitted to appear for the BDS counselling. Pending applications, if any, shall stand closed. No costs.
