Aggrieved by the inaction of the 3rd respondent - Station House Officer, Kachiguda Police Station, Hyderabad, in registering the crime based on the complaint of the petitioner dated 26.06.2018, the present writ petition is filed. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, on instructions, submits that the 3rd respondent registered the crime based on the complaint of the petitioner vide FIR.No.203 of 2018 dated 17.08.2018. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is a senior citizen and the 3rd respondent may be directed to complete the investigation within certain time.

Recording the submission of the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, writ petition is disposed of, directing the 3rd respondent to complete the investigation in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible.
