i, HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE B. VIJAYSEN REDDY WRIT PETITION No.31618 OF 2024 ORDER:(ORAL) This writ petition is filed by the petitioner aggrieved by the action of respondent Nos.2 and 3 in not registering her complaint dated 09.10.2024.

2. Heard Mr. Venkat Reddy Kodumury, learned counsel for the petitioner, and IVr. B. Sridhar, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, and perused the material available on record.

3. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home produced written instructions and submitted that the petitioner has sent complaint dated 09.'10.2024 by post to the Station House Officer, Jubilee Hills Police Station, Hyderabad, stating that Kaka Manaswini Chowdary and her parents, K. Chidambara Rao and K. Srujani, have taken amount from her and gave cheques and gift deed dated I I 12.08.2018 as surety; the said cheques were presented by the petitioner, however the same were dishonoured; and that the said gift deed was found to be fake, as such, requested necessary action to be taken. The complaint of the petitioner was received on 17J02024 and General Diary entry was made' Enquiry was conducted' During enquiry, it was revealed that no cognizable offence was made out and the dispute between the petitioner and the alleged respondents is

purely civil in nature. As no cognizable offence was made out, the complaint of the petitioner was closed as 'civil in nature' on 07.11.2024 and notice to that effect was sent to the petitioner by Registered Post on 13.1 1.2024. A copy of the written instructions along with copy of the notice dated 07.11.2024 is served on the learned counsel for the petitioner.

4. As it is stated that the complaint of the petitioner was closed as 'civil in nature', no further orders are necessary to be passed and the writ petition is, accordingly, disposed of. However, the petitioner is granted liberty to invoke appropriate legal remedies, if aggrieved by the closure report. No order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous applications, if any, pending in the writ petition stand closed.
