HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY CONTEMPT CASE No.312 OF 2016

O R D E R

This contempt case is filed alleging violation of the order dated 17.11.2015 passed by this Court in W.P.No.37319 of 2015.

Today when the matter is called, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue submitted that in pursuant to the order passed by this Court on 17.11.2015 in W.P.No.37319 of 2015, the Tahsildar, Nagarkurnool issued proceedings dated 25.01.2017 rejecting the application of the petitioner made in Form-VI and thus the order has been complied with. He further submits if the petitioner is aggrieved of the said order, he has to file a fresh writ petition challenging the said proceedings.

Learned counsel for the petitioner sought time. By virtue of the proceedings dated 25.01.2017, the order dated 17.11.2015 in W.P.No.37319 of 2015 has been complied with.

In view of the same, the contempt case is closed. No costs. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending if any, shall stand closed.
