THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.SATYANARAYANA MURTHY CIVIL REVISION PETITION No.3544 OF 2017 ORDER:

This petition is filed, under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, assailing the order dated 16.06.2017 in I.A.No.509 of 2017 in O.P.No.595 of 2015 passed by the Judge, Additional Family Court, Hyderabad, whereby the learned Judge allowed the petition by granting Rs.10,000/- per month to the petitioner towards interim maintenance during the pendency of O.P. and Rs.10,000/- towards legal expenses.

Sri D.Hanumath Rao, learned counsel for the petitioner, stated that he is not particular about the said order and requested to decide the main O.P. as expeditiously as possible. Considering the request of the learned counsel for the petitioner, I deem it appropriate to direct the Judge, Additional Family Court, Hyderabad, to decide the main O.P., as expeditiously as possible, in any event, not later than six months since the matter is required to be decided within six months as per the provisions of the Family Court Act.

With the above observation, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this petition shall stand closed.
