Respondents Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed herein, the High Court may be pleased to issue a writ order or direction more particularly a writ in the nature of writ of mandamus declaring the action of the respondents in laying the road through land of the petitioner by demolishing the existing structures or encroaching petitioner's land beyond the road margin in Sy. No. 463/2, situated at Kotra Cross Roads, Kotra Village, Veldanda Mandal, Mahabubnagar District encroaching an extent of about 400 sq.
yards on northern side without initiating any land acquisition proceedings and without paying any compensation to the petitioner in respect of the affected portion, as arbitrary, unconstitutional, violative of Articles 300-A and Article 21 of the Constitution of India, illegal and void; The petition coming on for hearing, upon perusing the Petition and the affidavit filed herein and order of the High Court dated 01-05-2015, 04-06-2015 & 01-07-2015 made herein and upon hearing the arguments of Sri K. Sreenivas, Advocate for the Petitioner, Sri B. Narayana Reddy Assistant Solicitor General for the Respondents 1 to 3, and the Government Pleader for Roads and Buildings (TS) for the Respondent No.
