I.A.No.1 OF 2025 This application is filed praying this Court to reduce the surety amount imposed in the condition No.i of the order dated 17.10.2025 passed in Crl.P.No.13194 of 2025.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners were only the bread earners in their families and they were out of earnings, as such, the petitioners cannot afford excessive surety amount, therefore, he prayed the Court to relax the said condition. In the said circumstances, the condition imposed against the petitioner in Crl.P.No.13194 of 2025 dated 17.10.2025, is hereby relaxed and the petitioner is directed to execute a personal bond for Rs.15,000/- (Rupees Fifteen Thousand Only) each with two sureties for a like sum each, to the satisfaction of the learned III Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate at Hyderabad. Accordingly, this application is ordered.
