THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.V.SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.25517 of 2017 ORDER:

When the matter is called, it is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner so also the learned Standing counsel, Sri P. Krishna Reddy, for the respondent that the issue in the present writ petition is squarely covered by the order, dated 19.04.2016, in W.P.No.12987 of 2016. A copy of the said order is also placed along with the writ petition as material paper.

Following the said order and for the reasons stated therein, this writ petition is also allowed, setting aside the impugned proceedings, dated 26.07.2017. The Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation shall reconsider the building permission application of the petitioner on its own merits and in accordance with the Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation Act, 1955, and the rules and regulations framed thereunder.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
