Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, the learned Government Pleader for Fisheries appearing for respondent Nos.1, 2 and 4 to 7, and the learned Government Pleader for Cooperation for respondent Nos.3.

The learned Government Pleader for Fisheries has placed on record G.O.Rt.No.291 dt.22-12-2015 under which the 1st respondent has withdrawn G.O.Rt.No.218 Animal Husbandry, Dairy Development and Fisheries (Fish) Department dt.05-102015. 3.

Having regard to the said development, the election process for electing the Managing Committee of Kaluvoy Fishermen Cooperative Society, Kaluvoy village and Mandal, SPSR Nellore District shall be continued from the stage at which it has been stopped and the same shall be completed within two months from the date of receipt of a copy of the order. 4.

The Writ Petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs. 5.

As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
