Aggrieved by the action of police authorities in not registering the crime based on the complaint of the petitioner, the present writ petition is filed. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, on written instructions, submits that in pursuance of the complaint of the petitioner, case in Cr.No.189 of 2018 was registered on the file of Chityal Police Station, for the offence punishable under Section 3 ( i ) ( r ) ( s ) of SC and ST (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989 and taken up the investigation.

Recording the above statement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, writ petition is disposed of.
