This Criminal Petition is filed by the petitioners/ accused Nos.1 to 4 under Section 482 Cr.P.C seeking to quash the proceedings of P.R.C No.8 of 2015 on the file of II Metropolitan Magistrate, Cyberabad, at L.B Nagar, taken cognizance for the offence under Section 304-B IPC, outcome of Crime No.789 of 2014 of Meerpet Police Station, Cyberabad from the report of 2nd respondent-de facto complainant, no other than mother of deceased and among accused, accused No.1 is husband of deceased, accused No.2 is sister of accused No.1, accused No.3 is married sister of accused No.1 and accused No.4 is mother of accused No.1.
2) Pending disposal of the Criminal Petition, the 2nd respondent -de facto complainant and petitioners/ accused Nos.1 to 4 are present and the de facto complainant filed a memorandum of compromise in Crl.P.M.P. No.6257 of 2015 stating that the accused herein, who are no other than her close relatives, are not responsible for the unnatural death of her daughter and that the deceased herself committed suicide and both parties represented that there are no
issues to the deceased in their wedlock, hence sought permission to compound the offences.
3) Having regard to the above, to sub-serve the ends of justice by invoking Section 482 Cr.P.C, it is appropriate to grant permission to compound. Accordingly, the Crl.P.M.P. No.6257 of 2015 is ordered and permission is accorded and the offence under Section 304-B IPC, is compounded.
4) Consequently, the Criminal Petition is allowed and all the proceedings relating to (since P.R.C No.8 of 2015 on the file of II Metropolitan Magistrate, Cyberabad, at L.B Nagar is numbered as S.C No.418 of 2015) S.C. No.418 of 2015 on the file of VIII Additional District Judge, L.B Nagar, Ranga Reddy District is quashed. The bail bonds of the petitioners/ accused Nos.1 to 4, if any, shall stand cancelled.
5) Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in this Criminal Petition, shall stand closed.
