THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY W.P.NO.29207 OF 2018 OR D E R Alleging that 5th respondent - Station House Officer, Police Station, Gachibowli, Hyderabad, is calling the petitioner to the police station and interfering with the civil dispute, the present writ petition is filed. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home produced written instructions of Sub Inspector of Police, Gachibowli Police Station, Cyberabad Commissionerate dated 27.08.2018, stating that one Sri Gottukukkula Sriram Narasimha Raju, son of late G.S.Raja Kumar, filed complaint on 10.07.2018 againt the petitioner and as the said complaint disclosed non-cognizable offence, an entry was made in the general diary and after obtaining permission from the court, case in Cr.No.
662 of 2018, was registered under Section 506 of IPC on 20.08.2018 and taken up the investigation. It is stated that the petitioner, on coming to know of the registration of above said crime, filed the present writ petition with false allegations. The allegations of the petitioner that he is being called to the police station and the police are interfering in civil dispute are denied.
Recording the above statement made in the written instructions, writ petition is disposed of.
