THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION No.20165 of 2013 ORDER:

This Writ Petition is filed challenging the action of the sixth and seventh respondents in proposing to merge the enrolled students of 6th class in the Port High School-2 (Krishna) to the Port High School-1 (Godavari) without prior permission of the competent authority.

On 12.07.2013, this Court admitted the Writ Petition but did not pass any interim order.

None appears for the petitioner. However, learned counsel appearing for respondents 6 and 7 submitted that the Port High School-2 (Krishna) was closed long back and Port High School-1 (Godavari) only remained and merger took place. In view of the same, nothing survives for adjudication in the present Writ Petition.
