Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed herein, the High Court may be pleased to issue a Writ, or direction, more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus, declaring the action of the respondents in rejecting the Technical Bid of the petitioner without any valid reason is highly unjust, unreasonable, contrary to the terms and conditions of the tender, highly arbitrary, illegal and violative of Articles 14 and 21 of the Constitution of India and consequentially direct the respondents to accept the Technical Bid of the petitioner and open the Financial Bid of the Petitioner.

The petition coming on for hearing, upon perusing the Petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of SRI C. RAMACHANDRA RAJU, Advocate for the Petitioner and Ms D. Radhika, SC on behalf of respondents, the Court made the following ORDER :- "Ms. D. Radhika, learned Standing Counsel for Andhra Pradesh State Road Transport Corporation, takes notice for the respondents and seeks time for instructions.

Post on 29.12.2014.

Pending further orders, the respondents shall not finalize the tenders relating to the award of contract for running canteen in Mahabubnagar Bus Station."
