THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY CRIMINAL PETITION No.3755 of 2016 ORDER:

This criminal petition is filed under Section 482 of Cr.PC to quash the proceedings against the petitioner/accused in Crime No.21 of 2016 on the file of the Cyber Crime Police Station, Cyberabad registered for the offences punishable under Sections 406, 420, 468, 471 of IPC and Sections 66-C and 66-D of Information Technology Act, 2000.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the criminal petition with liberty to avail all the remedies available to him under law. Permission is granted.

3. Accordingly, the criminal petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in this criminal petition shall stand closed.
