HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO WRIT PETITION No.23618 of 2011 ORDER:
This writ petition, under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, is filed by the petitioner seeking to declare the action of the respondents 1 and 2 in interfering with the personal life and liberty of the petitioner without there being any complaint, as illegal and arbitrary. When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Government Pleader for Home submitted that no case is pending against the petitioner and further respondent Nos.1 and 2 never called the petitioner to the police station and that they will not interfere with the affairs of the petitioner unless any crime is registered against him.
