.....Respondents Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed herein, the High Court may be pleased to issue a Writ of Mandamus or any other appropriate Writ, order or direction declaring proceedings in Rc.No.A2/6944/2010 Adm dated 19-11-2013 issued by the 3rd respondent appointing the 6th respondent as Single Trustee as illegal, arbitrary, void and contrary to the provisions of Andhra Pradesh Charitable Hindu Religious Act and consequently set aside the same.
