O R D E R

Alleging that respondent No.3 - Station House Officer, Shahinayathgunj Police Station, Hyderabad is interfering with civil dispute and insisting the petitioner to stop the construction work in the subject property, the present writ petition is filed.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home produced written instructions of Sub Inspector of Police, shahinayathgunj Police Station, denying the allegations of the petitioner and stating that petitioner filed complaint against his brother and sister -in-law stating that are trying to grab the property and abused them, that an entry was made in the general diary and on enquiry it is found that both the parties are claming title over the subject property and as the subject matter is purely of civil in nature, they were advised to approach the competent civil court. It is stated that police never interfered with the construction activity of the petitioner, nor insisted him to stop the construction. Recording the above statement, writ petition is disposed of. It is needless to observe that police shall not interfere with the civil dispute and the possession of the petitioner over the subject property, except in accordance with law.
