Aggrieved by the action of police authorities in not registering the crime based on the complaint of the petitioner dated 2.12.2017, the present writ petition is filed.
Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home produced written instructions of Sub Inspector of Police and Station House Officer, Ghantasala Police Station, Krishna District, stating that petitioner never made any complaint either in person or through post and therefore, question of registration of crime does not arise and that 4th respondent herein filed a complaint on 07.08.2018 and based on the said complaint, case in Cr.No.111/2018 dated 07.08.2018 was registered against the petitioner (A-1) and ten others, for the offences punishable under Section 447, 427, 323 read with 34 IPC and taken up the investigation. Petitioner has not produced any acknowledgment of respondent - police, with regard to receipt of complaint made by him. In view of the same and recording the above statement made in the written instructions, writ petition is disposed of. Interlocutory applications pending, if any, shall stand closed.
