THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.S.RAMACHANDRA RAO WRIT PETITION No.568 of 2015 ORDER:

Heard the learned counsel for petitioners and the learned Government Pleader for Revenue for respondents.

2. The petitioners claim to be persons displaced by the construction of Kandleru Reservoir and seek assignment of land on the basis of order dt.11-12-2013 in W.P.No.4498 of 2010, where similarly placed persons were granted relief by this Court.

3. In W.P.No.4498 of 2010, this Court had directed that steps to be taken for assignment of land to persons who are affected by the construction of Kandleru Reservoir within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of its order.

Therefore for like reasons, this Writ Petition is also allowed directing the respondents to consider the request of petitioners for assignment of house sites in Sy.No.989 of Dachur village to petitioners on satisfying the respondents that they are displaced on account of construction of Kandleru Reservoir. No costs.
