HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C. PRAVEEN KUMAR WRIT PETITION No.29317 OF 2018 ORDER:

The present writ petition came to be filed seeking to declare the action of the respondents in not considering the application dated 28.5.2018 of the petitioners for mutating their names in the revenue records in respect of lands Ac.3.03 gts, situated at Sy.No.77/A2, Ac.0.38 gts situated at Sy.No.76/A1, Ac.0.38 gts situated at Sy.No.76/A of Karvirala Kothagudem Village, Tungaturthy Mandal, Suryapet District, as illegal and arbitrary.

The main grievance of the petitioners is that though they submitted the application on 28.5.2018 seeking mutation of their names in the revenue records in respect of lands admeasuring Ac.3.03 gts situated in Sy.No.77/A, Ac.0.38 gts situated at Sy.No.76/A1 and Ac.0.38 gts situated at Sy.No.76/A of Karvirala Kothagudem Village, Tungaturthy Mandal, Suryapet District, the respondents did not take any action so far.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Government Pleader for Revenue would submit that the application filed by the petitioners for mutation of their names in the revenue records in respect of the subject lands, is not in the prescribed form and as such the 4th respondent-Tahsildar did not pass any order.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the writ petition is disposed of giving liberty to the petitioners to submit their application afresh under Form 6A to the 4th respondent-Tahsildar, enclosing the relevant documents seeking to mutate their names in the revenue records within a period of four weeks from today and on such filing of Form 6A, the 4th respondent-Tahsildar shall deal with and pass appropriate orders within a period of six to eight weeks thereafter, in

accordance with law, after giving the reasonable opportunity of hearing to all the concerned.

With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs. As a sequel to disposal of the writ petition, WP.M.Ps if any pending shall stand closed.
