This contempt case is filed alleging violation of order dated 30-03-2016 passed by this Court in WP.No.9136 of 2016, wherein the respondent was directed to dispose of the appeal filed by the petitioner.

It is stated by learned counsel for the petitioner as well as respondent that the order in the writ petition has been complied with.

Recording the same, the contempt case is closed. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous applications, if any, pending in this case, shall stand closed.
