The matter underwent several adjournments on several occasions and there is no representation for the appellant. As such the matter was directed to be listed under the caption 'for dismissal'. Though the matter is listed under the caption 'for dismissal', there is no appearance for the appellant.

On 20-02-2019, when the matter is listed adjournment was sought for the appellant. To day, there is no appearance in the morning and after-noon. It appears that the appellant has no interest to prosecute the matter.
