This Writ Petition is filed, under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, for the following relief: "to issue a Writ, order or direction more particularly a writ in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the inaction of the respondents in considering the representation, dated 12.05.2016 and referring the claim of the petitioner for compensation in respect of the land admeasuring Ac.5.07 cents situated in Sy.Nos.13 an 15 of Himayatsagar village, Ranga Reddy District, to the competent civil Court for adjudication Form D proceedings No.16/LA/ORR/unit VII/2006-1, dt: 13.11.2006, as being illegal, arbitrary and unconstitutional."

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for respondents.

When the matter is taken up, it is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that for redressal of grievance of the petitioner, the petitioner herein submitted a representation on 12.05.2016, but no action has been taken by the respondent authorities.

On the other hand, it is submitted by learned Government Pleader that appropriate action would be taken on the representation of the petitioner in accordance with law. 5.
Recording the said submission, the Writ Petition is disposed of, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case,
directing the respondents to take appropriate action on the representation, dated 12.05.2016, said to have been submitted by the petitioner, in accordance with law, within a period of two (02) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
