Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and Sri Pasham Krishna Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for the respondent Municipal Corporation. 2.

The only grievance of the petitioners in the present writ petition is the inaction on the part of the respondents in taking action on the application filed by the petitioner herein for grant of permission to construct the building in respect of the premises bearing D.No.16-3-845 and 16-3-845/2 situated at Chanchalguda, Hyderabad. 3.

According to the learned counsel for the petitioners, they submitted application through online on 30.11.2016 along with the requisite fee and no action has been taken so far on the said application. On the other hand, it is submitted by the learned Standing Counsel for the respondent Municipal Corporation that the said application, if any is pending, will be verified and appropriate action will be taken strictly in accordance with law. 4.

Recording the said submission, writ petition is disposed of, directing the respondents 3 to 5 to verify and take appropriate action on the application filed by the petitioners on 30.11.2016 and pass appropriate orders within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. It is made clear that till the said application is disposed of as directed above, there shall be no construction in the subject premises. As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
