This Criminal Petition is filed seeking quashment of proceedings in Crime No.142 of 2016 of Zaffargadh Police Station registered against the petitioner/accused No.3 for the offence under Sections 307, 506 r/w 34 of Indian Penal Code. 2.

Sri. T.V.Ramana Rao, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for respondent No.1/State is present. There is no representation on behalf of respondent No.2.

Learned Additional Public Prosecutor has filed a letter dated 08.02.2019 stating that police have completed the investigation and charge sheet is filed before Judicial First Class Magistrate, Warangal on 10.02.2017 as PRC.No.49 of 2018. The same is taken on record. 4.

In view of the above submission, since the very purpose of filing of this Criminal Petition has already been defeated, no purpose would survive to proceed with this Criminal Petition and the same has become infructuous.

Accordingly, this Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous.

As a sequel, pending Miscellaneous Applications, if any, shall stand closed.
