THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE T.AMARNATH GOUD MACMA NO. 946 of 2013 JUDGMENT:

This appeal is filed by RTC aggrieved by the order and decree dated 29.11.2012 in O.P.No.293 of 2009 passed by the Motor Vehicle Accidents Claims Tribunal-cum-I Additional Metropolitan Sessions Judge-cum-XV Additional Chief Judge, Hyderabad (for short 'the tribunal).

The tribunal after examining PWs.1 to 3 and marking Exs.A1 to A.8 on behalf of the claimant and as there is no oral or documentary evidence on behalf of the respondents passed the reasoned order. Therefore, the order passed by the tribunal is well considered and needs no interference of this Court in all aspects and hence, the appeal is liable to be dismissed. In view of the above, the appeal is dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.
