CVNR,J & KVL,J W.P.No.33295 of 2017 05.10.2017 ORDER: (Per the Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V.Nagarjuna Reddy) This writ petition is filed feeling aggrieved by non-granting of ad interim order by the Andhra Pradesh Administrative Tribunal, Hyderabad (for short 'the Tribunal') pending O.A.No.2738 of 2017. 2.

Today, we have disposed of W.P.No.33289 of 2017 filed by the co-delinquent, who also suffered an order of dismissal. For the same reasons as contained in the order in W.P.No.33289 of 2017, this Writ Petition is also disposed of with the direction that the observations contained therein shall form part of this order. 4.

As a sequel to disposal of the writ petition, W.P.M.P.No.41415 of 2017 filed by the petitioner for interim relief shall stand disposed of as infructuous.
