O R D E R

The grievance of the petitioner is that the 3rd respondent - Inspector of Police, I - Town Police Station, Karimnagar City, Karimnagar District, is calling the petitioner to the police station and interfering with civil dispute and demanding him to settle the matter in respect of the subject property with the unofficial respondent No.4.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home produced written instructions of Station House Officer, Karimnagar - I Town Police Station, Karimnagar, stating that 4th respondent filed a complaint on 24.07.2018 and the contents of the said complaint revealed that there is civil dispute between the petitioner and the 4th respondent and hence the parties were advised to approach civil court seeking redressal of their grievance. It is stated that as no today no crime is registered against the petitioner. In the written instructions, allegations of the petitioner with regard to interference in civil dispute, is denied. Recording the above statement made in the written instructions, writ petition is disposed of.
