No representation for the petitioners. Heard learned Government Pleader for Revenue, and Sri O. Manohar Reddy, learned counsel for respondent Nos.3 to 5.

2. The petitioners are seeking Mandamus to set aside the order, 15-02-2005, passed by respondent No.1 dismissing the revision petition in case No.D5/6036/2001.

3. Perused the material on record. As seen from the impugned order herein, it is also clear that father of petitioner No.1 and mother-in-law of petitioner No.2 have already sold the land, which details have been mentioned in page Nos.2 and 3 of the impugned order therein. Further, no interim order, at any point of time, was granted by this Court. It appears that with the passage of time, both the petitioners seem to have lost interest in prosecuting the instant writ petition and must have not given instructions to their counsel on record.

4. Accordingly, the instant Writ Petition is dismissed. No order as to costs. 5 . As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition, stand disposed of.
