Vide present petition, the petitioner seeks a direction, thereby to enlarge him on anticipatory bail, in the event of his arrest, in connection with Cr.No.418 of 2016, registered for the offence under Section 409 of IPC. Keeping in view of the serious allegations against the petitioner, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner, as the custodial interrogation of the petitioner is very much required in the present case.
