HON'BLE Dr. JUSTICE B. SIVA SANKARA RAO CRIMINAL PETITION No.9889 of 2014 ORDER :

This Criminal Petition is filed by the Petitioner/Accused under Section 482 Cr.P.C seeking to quash the proceedings in Crime No.117 of 2014 of Huzurnagar Police Station, Nalgonda District registered for the offences punishable under Sections 3(1)(x) of the Scheduled Castes and the Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act.

2) When the matter came up for hearing, the respondent State represented by the Public Prosecutor submitted that in the above crime, the investigating authority referred the matter as false and no cause survives for adjudication in this criminal petition and the same has become infructuous.

3) Recording the said submission, this criminal petition is dismissed as infructuous. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, in this criminal petition shall stand closed.
