This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking a Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the 3rd respondent in not restoring F.P. shop authorization to the petitioner in respect of Gopannapalem village, Jaladanki mandal, SPSR Nellore District as illegal,
arbitrary, and violating Article 21 of the Constitution of India and consequently to direct the 3rd respondent to restore the same forthwith. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Counsel appearing for the respondents.
It is submitted by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner that while the writ petition is pending, the Revenue Divisional Officer, Kavali Division passed an order dated 12.01.2015 restoring the authorization of dealership of the petitioner and directing the supply of essential commodities. As such, no cause survives for adjudication in the present writ petition.
In view of the aforesaid submission, the writ petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed in consequence.
