This Petition has been filed for quashing the proceedings in Crime No. 471 of 2013 on the file of Alwal Police Station, Ranga Reddy District. Learned Public Prosecutor has pointed out that after completing the investigation, the police have filed a final report on 21.01.2014 before the VI Metropolitan Magistrate, Medchal referring the case as 'civil in nature'. In that view of the matter, the cause in this Criminal Petition does not survive for further adjudication. Accordingly, it is dismissed as infructuous.
