Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the civil revision petition, with a liberty to file fresh petition before the Trial Court.

Permission is accorded Civil revision petition is dismissed as withdrawn, granting liberty to take appropriate steps before the Trial Court or any other Court.

Consequently, miscellaneous applications pending if any, shall also stand dismissed. No costs.
