THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE P.NAVEEN RAO CONTEMPT CASE No.2199 of 2018 ORDER:

Vide order dated 29.08.2017, this Court ordered that in pursuant to the orders of the Joint Commissioner, Nizamabad District, there shall not be by any change in the revenue records. Alleging that the said order is violated, this Contempt Case is filed. At page 39 of the contempt paper book, the letter of Tahsildar, Renjal, dated 15.10.2017 addressed to the petitioner's counsel is filed. In second paragraph of the said letter, it was informed that based on the orders of the Joint Commissioner, dated 02.08.2017, necessary changes were effected in the pahani for the year 2016-2017 in the month of August, 2017. It was also informed that the orders of the Court were passed after the said corrections were made.

Though this contempt is filed alleging that the said directions of the Court are violated by referring to the correspondence in the material placed before the Court but the corrections were not made as stated by them and were actually made after the order was passed by the Court. Unless, the petitioner placed on record specifically pointing out the violation of the Court directions, it cannot be said that the information furnished to the petitioner is not correct and the statement of the Tahsildar is contrary to the record.

In view of the same, the Contempt Case is closed. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to obtain necessary information as to whether actually said corrections were made prior to the interim order and then to work out his remedies.

Miscellaneous Petitions pending in this case, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs. _____________________ P.NAVEEN RAO, J 25th January, 2019.
