THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE A.V.SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.29350 of 2018 ORDER:

The grievance of the petitioners in the present Writ Petition is despite representation to the respondent herein for redressal of their grievance, the case of the petitioners is not being considered by the respondent-Temple authorities, despite lapse of considerable length of time.

On the other hand, Smt.K.Lalita, learned Standing Counsel for respondents No.2 and 3 submits that a reading of the representation, dated 03.08.2018, which is filed along with the Writ Petition as material papers, discloses that only 8 out of 112 petitioners submitted the said representation. On noticing the same, a request is made by the learned Counsel for the petitioners to permit the petitioners to make a fresh representation to the respondents No.2 and 3 for redressal of their grievance and a request is made to direct the respondents No.2 and 3 to consider the said representation.

Recording the submissions of the learned Counsel for the petitioners and the learned Standing Counsel, this Court deems it appropriate to dispose of the Writ Petition, keeping it open for the petitioners to submit an appropriate application/representation to respondents No.2 and 3 for redressal of their grievance, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this Order. If any such representation is made by the petitioners, the same be considered and appropriate action will be taken, strictly in accordance with law, preferably within a period of two months thereafter.

Miscellaneous Petitions pending consideration, if any, in this Writ Petition, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
