This Civil Revision Petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India assailing the order, dated 17.02.2016 passed in I.A.No.682 of 2015 in O.S.No.55 of 2014 on the file of the Additional Senior Civil Judge at Gajuwaka, Visakhapatnam District.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the purpose of filing this petition has become infructuous. 3.

In view of submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous.

No order as to costs.
