THE HON'BLI} DT.JUSTICEI CHILLAKUR SUMALATHA CRIMINAL PETITION No.9895 OF 2022 ORDER:- 1.
Heard the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner. Respondent No.1 is a formal party. In the light of the reliel sought for, issuance of notice to 2"d respondent is felt not necessary.

This Criminal Petition is filed seeking a direction to the Court of XVI Additional Metropolitan Sessions Judge, Cyberabad at Malkajgiri, to dispose of Crl.A.No.12 of 2022 that is pending on the file of the said Court expeditiously. 3.
Learned counsel for the petitioner states that the Calendar Case is of the year 2016. However, the said case got transferred to another Court and was finally disposed of in the year 2021. Learned counsel submits that the 2"a I I I respondent/accused was convicted and the 2"d I respondent/accused preferred appeal and the appeal is I pending. Lezrned counsel also submits that though compensation of Rs.2O lakhs was granted by the trial Court, the petitioner could not get even a single rupee ti[

Learned counsel states that the petitioner, therefore, seeks for expeditious disposal of the Criminal Appeal. 4.
The relief sought for appears justifiable. Therefore, this Court considers desirable to allow the Criminal Petition.

Resultantly, the Criminal Petition is allowed. The Court of XVI Additionai Metropolitan Sessions Judge, Cyberabad at Malk4jgiri, is directed to dispose of Crl.A.No.12 of 2022, that is pending on the file of the said Court, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of four months from the date of receipt of copy of this order and report compliance to the Registry. 6.
As a sequel thereto, misceilaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
