THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE M.S.RAMACHANDRA RAO WRIT PETITION No.24581 OF 2016 O R D E R :

Petitioner's grievance is that the respondents are not receiving Motor Vehicle Tax from the petitioner in respect of the vehicle bearing No.AP 02 U 7126 belonging to the petitioner.

2. The 2nd respondent has filed a counter affidavit stating in para 9 that he would accept the tax as and when the petitioner approaches him for payment of tax.

3. In view of the said submission, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the petitioner to immediately approach the 2nd respondent and pay the tax payable for the said vehicle, which shall be received by the 2nd respondent. There shall be no order as to costs.

4. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand dismissed.
