THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI AND THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE NAMAVARAPU RAJESHWAR RAO Writ Petition No.7813 of 2013 ORDER : (Per Hon'ble Sri Justice Abhinand Kumar Shavili) When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the respondent has informed the Court that, during pendency of the present writ petition, the respondent has considered the case of the petitioner for promotion to the post of LFL Head Master. Hence, the cause in the writ petition no longer survives for adjudication.

Recording the said submission, the writ petition is dismissed as 'infructuous'. No costs.
