THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A. RAJASHEKER REDDY C.M.A.No. 11 of 2015 JUDGMENT:
Pursuant to a settlement arrived at between the parties, the Lok Adalat, Hyderabad, passed the following award on 10.10.2015: 1.
The Officer representing the Insurance Company and the counsel for the respondent/applicant are present.

The Commissioner for Employees Compensation awarded compensation of Rs.4,88,772/- with interest @ 9% p.a. from the date of filing of petition till realization.
3.
After due deliberations, both parties agreed for reduction of the compensation amount from Rs.4,88,772/- to Rs.4,18,772/- which included interest and costs.
4.
The Insurance Company already deposited the entire amount of Rs.4,88,772/-. The applicant is entitled to receive an amount of Rs.4,18,772/- and the Insurance Company is entitled to receive Rs.70,000/-.
5.
The applicant has already withdrawn an amount of Rs.1,50,000/- and the remaining amount of Rs.2,68,772/- is permitted to be withdrawn along with accrued interest on the deposited amount. 6.
The parties are informed that the court fee, if any, paid by any of them shall be refunded.
7.
No orders as to the costs of appeal.
In view of the award dated 10.10.2015 passed by the Lok Adalat, Hyderabad, the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is disposed of, in terms of the award. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the appeal shall stand dismissed.
