Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that inadvertently civil revision petition is filed against the impugned order, though appeal lies. Therefore, learned counsel seeks permission to withdraw the civil revision petition with liberty to file appeal against the impugned order.

2. Recording the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, permission is hereby accorded and the civil revision petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in this case are also dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.
