It was reported that the counsel for the petitioner passed away. In those circumstances, this Court ordered notice to the petitioner and the notice sent to the petitioner was served. Though the notice is served on the petitioner, none appears for the petitioner. In view of the same, the writ petition is dismissed for default/nonprosecution. Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, in this writ petition, shall stand closed.
