Sri E. Krishna Manohar, learned counsel, representing Sri C. Raghu, learned counsel for the petitioner, would submit that since the very O.P.No.1270 of 2011 on the file of the Judge, Additional Family Court, City Civil Court, Hyderabad, was disposed of, the present Civil Revision Petition renders infructuous. Hence, he seeks permission to withdraw the same. Permission is granted, and, accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the Revision shall stand closed.
