Sri K.Ananda Rao, learned counsel for the petitioners, states that this contempt case is preferred against an interlocutory order passed by this Court; the writ petition was subsequently disposed of; the interim order no longer survives; and, as such, the petitioners do not press for the contempt case.

As the order, violation of which is alleged in this contempt case, no longer survives, the Contempt Case is closed.
