This criminal petition is filed for quash of the proceedings in Cr.No.189 of 2013, against the petitioners, who are A1 and A5, on the file of the Station House Officer, Jubilee Hills Police Station, Hyderabad. The offences alleged are under Sections 340, 362, 378, 384, 387, 390, 406, 420, 463, 468, 471, 474, 506, 120-B read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The learned Public Prosecutor produced a letter addressed by the Sub-Inspector of Police, Jubilee Hills Police Station, Hyderabad City dated 29.10.2018 stating that the case is referred as 'Lack of Evidence' on 29.08.2014 as per the proceedings of ACB, Banjara Hills. 3.

In the light of the above, this Court opines that no further orders are required to be passed in this criminal petition. The criminal petition is closed. As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed. __________ T. RAJANI, J November 30, 2018 DSK
